Return & Exchange Policy

At Fachion Me, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in resellable condition with no damage or signs of use.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, supplements)
  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools, shampoo)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or special order products

2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to our warehouse at: Paragon Society, Barki Road Lahore.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
